How To Order Veterinary Prescription Medicines

Make sure you don’t miss out see how easy it is to order your veterinary prescription for your pet.

• Simply enter the name of your item into the search box.
• Simply select the product required, choose the size option (if relevant).

Without a prescription:

• Choose the option:
  email me a pre-filled prescription for my pet
• Add the required quantity and complete your order with payment and delivery address details
• Print your pre-filled prescription/s (which will be sent to you by email)
  Your prescription has a unique code so it can only be used once.
• Take this prescription/s to your vet and ask them to sign it. (Please note some vets may make a charge for this but the recommended amount is £8 to £12).

With a prescription:

• Choose the option:
  I will email and post the prescription for my pet to you
• Add the required quantity and complete your order with payment and delivery address details

• email your prescription/s to: Use the Contact Us form with your enquiry:
• Post your signed prescription/s to the following address:

• We will provide a free post envelope for your next prescription/s.

As soon as we receive your prescription/s, we will dispense and dispatch your order to your home.

Non-prescription items:
Simply place your order and we will do the rest. We aim to dispatch most orders same/next day.
