Carprieve Tablets provide effective treatment for chronic cases of musculo-skeletal inflammation in dogs, such as degenerative joint disease. Commonly referred to as Osteoarthritis, degenerative joint disease is a progressive, long-term deterioration of the cartilage surrounding joints, which causes stiffness and long periods of inactivity. Carprieve is a non-sterodial-anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) effective in controlling the pain and inflammation associated with Osteoarthritis in dogs.

When given as directed by your vet, the active ingredient, Carprofen, affects the production of tissue relaxing hormones that gives anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. With these properties, Carprieve tablets can also be used in the management of post-operative pain associated with soft tissue and orthopaedic surgeries in dogs.

Loxicom Oral Suspension is indicated for the alleviation of inflammation and pain in both acute and chronic musculo-skeletal disorders. Osteoarthritis and similar conditions can be successfully managed with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID's), such as Loxicom. NSAID's are effective in controlling the pain and inflammation associated with Osteoarthritis in dogs by affecting hormone levels in the body.

When given as directed by your vet, the active ingredient, Meloxicam, affects the production of tissue relaxing hormones. By increasing the levels of these hormones, Loxicom initiates anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects to help with pain and swelling. Loxicom can therefore be used in the management of post-operative pain in dogs.

Loxicom .5mg/ml x 15ml Oral Suspension is manufactured by Norbrook and developed specifically for cats. As such, it must never be used in other animals.
