Vetoryl Capsules are commonly used in the treatment of Canine Cushing’s Disease. Cushing’s is most commonly diagnosed in older dogs, when excess cortisol is present in the body. Cortisol is a hormone produced in the body to respond to stress and change in what we call the fight or flight response. It can cause panting, lethargy, hair loss, and hyper tension, which fluctuate daily.

When given as directed by your vet, the active ingredient in Vetoryl, Trilostane, blocks the excessive production of cortisol and reduces these symptoms to a more comfortable level for your pet.

Vetoryl Capsules are manufactured by Dechra and developed specifically for dogs. As such they must never be used in other animals.
